The National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association (NACCA) is inviting qualified audit firms to submit proposals to provide external financial statement audit services for NACCA and its related entities for the fiscal years ending March 31, 2027, March 31, 2028, and March 31, 2029.

This engagement will include annual financial statement audits and related reporting requirements across NACCA and affiliated entities. Proponents will be asked to provide separate fee quotes by fiscal year and entity, along with details on their audit approach, team qualifications, and relevant experience.

NACCA is seeking firms with demonstrated experience working with not-for-profit and charitable organizations, as well as familiarity with government contribution agreements and virtual audit processes. Experience working with Indigenous organizations will be considered an asset.

Interested firms will also be asked to outline their proposed audit methodology, identify key members of the engagement team, provide client references, and include relevant fee structures and hourly rates.
