RFP: Governance Review of NACCA’s National, Regional and Operational Governance Structures
The National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association (NACCA), represents a national network of over 50 Indigenous Financial Institutions, has delivered more than 50,000 business loans totaling over $3.3 billion, driving Indigenous economic growth and self-determination across Canada.
NACCA seeks a consultant to design and conduct a Governance Review on all aspects of NACCA’s national, regional, program and operational governance structures to determine if, and how NACCA should modify its current governance structures to better serve the policy, program and operational needs of NACCA and the Indigenous Financial Institutions network.
